This program is open to 3rd, 4th & 5th graders of all abilities. Participants have the opportunity to try running events, like the 50 meters, 75 meters or the longer 400 meter run. Team members are also introduced to field events, like the high jump, long jump, and triple jump. Field events also include a ball throw using a softball, and a ball kick involving a soccer ball.
