We ask that you call or email the Attendance Hotline by 9:15 am if your child is going to be late to school or absent that day. When leaving a message please include your child's name, their teacher's name and the reason for their absence.

Schedule Notes
- See the school district calendar for the 2023/24 school year. It shows which days are early release days.
- Wednesday early dismissals are scheduled for 2:05 pm.
- The first day of school for next year is scheduled for Tuesday September 3, 2024 .
- The last day of school is currently scheduled for Tuesday June 25, 2024. The last day of school is released at 11:35 am.
Specialist Schedule
Maywood Hills operates on a 6-day rotation schedule for specialists. Our specialist classes include 2 days each of PE and Music and 1 day each of Science and Library. Classes rotate through all of the specialist subjects every 6 days. Please check with your child's teacher to learn which specialist the class visits on each day of the 6-day rotation.
